Terms of Service & End User License Agreement

Subject to your continued compliance with these terms, MyCompanyBookkeeper.com grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Service for your internal business bookkeeping purposes.

You may not resell, sublicense, modify, distribute, or create derivative works of the Service, or use the Service to provide bookkeeping services to third parties without a separate bookkeeper agreement.

The Service integrates with QuickBooks Online via Intuit Inc. Connection of a QuickBooks company requires your authorization through Intuit’s OAuth 2.0 flow. Intuit, QuickBooks, and related marks are trademarks of Intuit Inc., used under license.

MyCompanyBookkeeper.com is an independent bookkeeping service provider and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Intuit Inc. Your use of QuickBooks is also subject to Intuit’s End User License Agreement and terms available at https://quickbooks.intuit.com/legal/. https://quickbooks.intuit.com/legal/.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You must have lawful authority to connect any QuickBooks company whose data you authorize the Service to access.

You agree not to use the Service to process data you do not have the right to access, to violate any law, or to interfere with or disrupt the Service or its integrations. Bookkeepers granted access to client companies must act within the scope authorized by the client.

You retain ownership of your financial data. Our handling of your information is described in our Privacy Policy. We access QuickBooks data only through the permissions you grant and only to provide the Service.

Subscription fees, billing intervals (monthly or annual), and per-property charges are described on the pricing page. Fees are billed in advance. Annual plans are prepaid and may be discounted relative to twelve monthly payments.

Our software and bookkeeping plans do not include income tax preparation, tax filing, legal advice, or audit services, and we do not offer tax preparation or electronic filing. The year-end tools organize your records for you and your tax professional. You should consult a qualified professional for tax, legal, or audit advice.

We strive to maintain availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We are not liable for interruptions caused by third-party services, including Intuit’s QuickBooks APIs.

You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for breach of these terms. Upon termination, your license ends and we will disconnect authorized QuickBooks companies at your request.

The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, MyCompanyBookkeeper.com’s aggregate liability for any claim is limited to the fees you paid in the twelve months preceding the claim.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State in which Santos Lab LLC is organized, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles.

We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be posted to this page with an updated “Last updated” date. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
